This Code of Conduct exists to protect the culture, safety, and integrity of the FlipFair community. It reflects who we are and how we choose to move through this space together.

By joining FlipFair — whether as a member, collaborator, vendor, event attendee, or partner — you agree to uphold these standards. This applies across all FlipFair spaces: our platform, our events, our digital channels, and every interaction that carries the FlipFair name.

Expected Behavior

Being part of FlipFair means choosing to show up in ways that strengthen this community.

  • Treat all members, vendors, collaborators, and staff with dignity and respect.
  • Engage in fair and honest exchanges.
  • Honor your commitments and trade agreements.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully, even in disagreement.
  • Respect the privacy and personal information of fellow members.
  • Support an inclusive environment and welcome diverse perspectives, identities, and experiences.
  • Attend events and participate in the community with intention and care.
  • Provide constructive feedback through proper channels.
  • Respect FlipFair's intellectual property, brand, and proprietary information.
  • Be a good steward of shared spaces — leave every room, event, and conversation better than you found it.

Unacceptable Behavior

FlipFair is a space built on care and accountability. The following behaviors undermine our community and will not be tolerated.

  • Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or intimidation of any kind — online or in person.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or exploitative trading practices.
  • Sharing or misusing another member's personal information without consent.
  • Hate speech, slurs, or language that demeans any individual or group.
  • Theft, vandalism, or destruction of property at FlipFair events or within the platform.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of FlipFair's intellectual property or confidential information.
  • Solicitation of FlipFair members for competing platforms or services without authorization.
  • Any illegal activity conducted through or in connection with FlipFair.
  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior at FlipFair events, meetings, or digital spaces.

Reporting & Accountability

A healthy community requires honest communication — especially when something isn't right. If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it promptly.

  • All reports will be reviewed with care, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • FlipFair leadership will investigate and respond in a timely manner.
  • The privacy of all parties involved will be respected throughout the process.
  • Retaliation against anyone who reports a violation in good faith is strictly prohibited.

Consequences of Violations

FlipFair reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to any violation of this Code of Conduct.

  • A private conversation and/or formal warning.
  • Temporary suspension of membership or platform access.
  • Permanent removal from the FlipFair community.
  • Exclusion from events and programming.
  • Legal action, if warranted.

The severity of the response will be proportionate to the nature and impact of the violation. FlipFair prioritizes the safety and well-being of the community above all else.
